  • A high-rise building with varied zones - that takes its name and its form; from the children's game. Jenga seeks to break the conventional facade style such buildings, by creating solids and voids within the facade. The form is rectangular at the bottom and tapers off at the top, using the Jenga game as its concept. The zoning of the building has also been created with the same thought in mind. The lowermost floors are shopping areas and an urban plaza for the public, while the uppermost floors include offices and a sea-facing restaurant on the topmost floor.

The facade strives to be energy efficient by making use of materials like solar glare resistant glass and Weinerberger masonry blocks.
